Low Carb Protein Pancakes

Enjoy this simple and easy alternative to traditional pancakes that any novice can cook so you can keep hitting your goals.

Pancakes


  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2-3 scoops of white wolf nutrition vanilla or chocolate protein
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


Sides


  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 handful of frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 sliced banana


Method


  1. Blend all ingredients together in the blender.
  2. Pour and Cook batter over medium-high heat in a sauté pan for 2-3 minutes each side.
  3. Throw strawberries I hot plate when pancakes are ready.
  4. Cook until softened.


Serve pancakes with strawberries and half a banana sliced with Greek yogurt sprinkled with cinnamon
